Process Overview

  1. Add a new lead to the “Leads” Zapier Table (manually or via an embedded form; we can also automate this with another one of our services ).

  2. Assign that lead to a new “Deal” row—Zapier links the two tables.

  3. When a deal’s “Stage” dropdown is updated (e.g., from “Prospect” → “Proposal Sent”), a Zap automatically creates a follow-up task in the “Activities” table.

  4. The assigned rep receives an email notification with context and a link to the record.

  5. If there’s no update after a preset time (e.g., 3 days), another Zap sends a reminder email or Slack ping.

  6. When the deal closes (Stage → “Won” or “Lost”), a final Zap can archive the record or trigger a thank-you sequence.
