Lead Hub

Provide a white-label portal where clients can review, enrich, and route leads to their CRM, email, or SMS workflows—no manual handovers required.

Problem It Solves

Marketing agencies and service providers often send raw lead lists to clients, who then wrestle with incomplete data and manual follow-up. This leads to missed opportunities, data inconsistencies, and wasted time. By offering a branded Lead Hub portal, clients can log in, instantly enhance each lead’s details, and push qualified leads to their preferred tools, streamlining the entire handoff process.

Process Overview

  1. New leads (from any source) flow into the Lead Hub’s central Table.

  2. Clients log into the white-label portal to review each lead’s basic info (Name, Email, Company, Source).

  3. A single click sends the lead to an enrichment service (e.g., Clearbit) to append missing details (Title, Phone, Industry).

  4. Clients mark leads as “Qualified” or “Discarded” and select routing options (CRM, email, or SMS).

  5. Zapier automatically routes qualified leads to the client’s chosen destination (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Twilio, etc.) with all enriched data.

  6. All actions and lead statuses are logged in the Hub, providing an audit trail for transparency and accountability.

Key Features & Capabilities

  • White-Label Branding
Customize the portal with your logo, color scheme, and domain so it appears as your platform.

  • Centralized Lead Table
All incoming leads appear in one table that clients can filter, sort, and search—no more juggling spreadsheets.

  • One-Click Enrichment
Trigger a firmographic and contact enrichment API (e.g., Clearbit) to fill in missing data (Title, Phone, Industry) instantly.

  • Qualification & Routing Controls
Clients can mark each lead “Qualified” or “Discarded” and choose whether to send it to CRM, send a personalized email, or launch an SMS campaign.

  • Automated Destination Push
Qualified leads automatically flow into the client’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email platform (e.g., Mailchimp), or SMS provider (e.g., Twilio) with all enriched fields.

  • Action Logs & Reporting
Every review, enrichment, and routing action is timestamped and recorded in the portal, offering full visibility into lead status.

Typical Use Cases

  • Digital Marketing Agency
The agency captures leads via multiple ad campaigns and funnels them into Lead Hub. Clients log in, enrich each lead, and route qualified prospects directly to their Salesforce account—eliminating back-and-forth email threads.

  • Lead Generation Service
A lead vendor uses the Hub to deliver fresh B2B leads to multiple clients. Each client logs in under their subdomain, enriches contacts, and chooses whether to push them into HubSpot, send a welcome email, or schedule an SMS follow-up—all from one portal.

Prerequisites & Client Responsibilities

  • Lead Source Integration
Provide API credentials or webhook details for each lead source (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, Typeform, Google Sheets) so leads automatically populate the Hub.

  • Enrichment Service Account
Share an API key for your chosen enrichment provider (e.g., Clearbit, Hunter) and confirm monthly lookup limits.

  • Destination Credentials
Supply API tokens or OAuth credentials for the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), email platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), and/or SMS service (Twilio, Plivo) where qualified leads should route.

  • Brand Assets
Provide your logo, brand colors (hex codes), and preferred domain (e.g., leads.yourcompany.com) to white-label the portal.

  • Qualification Criteria
Define what constitutes a “Qualified” lead (for example, industry, company size, job title) so clients know how to mark them in the portal.

  • User Permissions
Identify which client users need “Viewer” access (to review leads) vs “Editor” access (to enrich data or change routing settings) in the Lead Hub.
