Process Overview

  1. A new lead (with only minimal info like email or domain) lands in your “Leads” Table via form or CRM trigger.

  2. Zapier sends that email or domain to an enrichment service (e.g., Clearbit, Hunter) to fetch missing data (Name, Title, Phone, Company Size, Industry).

  3. The enriched data writes back into the corresponding row in your “Leads” Table.

  4. If any key fields remain blank, Zapier flags the row for manual review via Slack or email.

  5. Enriched, complete records are now ready for personalized outreach or segmentation.
